In our follow-up interview we like to get more detailed information about your skillset and personality

Entrepreneurial discussions (50 min)

First round interview including personal fit & entrepreneurial discussion (45 min)
Second round interview including personal fit & entrepreneurial discussion (45 min)
Final on-site interview including entrepreneurial discussions & mutual expectation management (60 min)
For your start at Picus we will conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions
On your first day, you will learn about your tasks, projects and team members
You will be introduced to your “Buddy”, who will be there for any kind of questions
You will be part of team activities and meetings before the start
